Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
